My Account
Every authorized library user has a user record, which identifies the user and contains information about the user's circulation activity. The library references a user record based on the entered User ID. Each user record also contains a personal identification number (PIN) which ensures that library activity is confidential.
If you haven't already logged in, you may be prompted to log in to the library when you attempt to change information in My Account. This login is only valid for the current transaction.
You can do the following from My Account.
- Review your account by clicking Review My Account.
- Change your address.
- Click Change My Address.
- Type in the new address information and your user ID or alternate ID.
- Click Send to change your address. A change-of-address request will be sent to your library.
- Change your PIN.
- Click Change My PIN.
- Type your user ID or alternate ID.
- In the PIN box, type in your current PIN.
- In the Enter New PIN box, type a new PIN no longer than 10 characters.
- In the Re-enter New PIN box, type the same PIN.
- Click Change PIN to change your PIN.
- Renew items you've already checked out.
- Click Renew My Materials.
- Select the Select Items to Renew or Renew All check boxes.
- If you are renewing selected items, select the check box next to the items you want to renew.
- Click Renew Selected Items to renew your materials, or click Clear Selections to start over.
- View bills and pay fees.
- View items on hold.
- Configure My Favorite lists.
From My Account you can review bills and checkouts, review and cancel hold requests, view library messages and requests, and reply to library messages.
